普洱美麗星村咖啡中心位于滇南山谷，這片四季如春的土地是中國(guó)最大的咖啡產(chǎn)區(qū)之一。作為振興當(dāng)?shù)匚穆媒?jīng)濟(jì)的重要項(xiàng)目，這座建筑不僅為本地咖農(nóng)和咖啡文化提供了一個(gè)交流展示的平臺(tái)，還為游客創(chuàng)造獨(dú)特的體驗(yàn)空間。在該項(xiàng)目中，我們使用了樹狀結(jié)構(gòu)、彈性空間和折板屋頂這三種建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略，旨在表達(dá)對(duì)“氣候、文化、開放空間、身份認(rèn)同”等關(guān)鍵議題的思考。

The Pu'er Beautiful Star Village Coffee Center is located in the valleys of southern Yunnan, a region blessed with perpetual spring-like weather and recognized as one of China's largest coffee-producing areas. As a key project aimed at revitalizing the local cultural and tourism economy, this building serves not only as a platform for local coffee farmers and coffee culture to exchange and showcase their heritage but also as a unique experiential space for visitors. In this project, we employed three architectural design strategies—tree-like structures, flexible spaces, and folded-plate roofs—to address critical themes such as climate, culture, open spaces, and identity.

氣候條件的回應(yīng)

Responding to Climate Conditions

滇南地區(qū)屬于熱帶雨林氣候，陽(yáng)光強(qiáng)烈且降雨充沛。為了適應(yīng)這種環(huán)境，我們采用了綿延的折板式屋面設(shè)計(jì)。這種屋面不僅能夠有效排水，還能通過其傾斜角度減少太陽(yáng)直射，為室內(nèi)提供遮蔽。

Southern Yunnan experiences a tropical rainforest climate, characterized by intense sunlight and abundant rainfall. To adapt to these conditions, we designed an extended folded-plate roof. This roof not only ensures effective drainage but also reduces direct sunlight exposure through its angled form, providing shade for the interior.

同時(shí)，我們?cè)谖菝嫔细鶕?jù)室內(nèi)功能設(shè)置了隆起的天窗，這些天窗將自然光引入室內(nèi)，模擬出熱帶雨林中斑駁的光影效果。這樣的設(shè)計(jì)既滿足了功能需求，又營(yíng)造了一種接近自然的空間氛圍。

Additionally, skylights were incorporated into the roof, corresponding to the interior functions. These skylights allow natural light to filter into the space, mimicking the dappled light effect of a tropical rainforest. This design not only meets functional needs but also creates a natural, immersive spatial atmosphere.

雨林咖啡的空間概念

The Spatial Concept of Rainforest Coffee

普洱地區(qū)以豐富的熱帶雨林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)聞名，這一特色成為我們空間設(shè)計(jì)靈感的來源。我們借鑒雨林中樹木的形態(tài)，設(shè)計(jì)了不規(guī)則柱網(wǎng)下的樹狀鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系。這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系營(yíng)造了秩序的模糊感，在彈性空間中創(chuàng)造了多重路徑，增加了使用的靈活度和體驗(yàn)感。同時(shí)，這種設(shè)計(jì)也增強(qiáng)了建筑的象征意義——它像一叢樹林，為人們提供庇護(hù)，聚集人群，并連接了人與自然的關(guān)系。

Pu'er is renowned for its rich tropical rainforest ecosystem, which inspired the spatial design. Drawing from the forms of trees in the rainforest, we designed a tree-like steel structure supported by an irregular column grid. This structural system creates a sense of ordered ambiguity while enabling multiple spatial pathways within the flexible layout, enhancing both usability and experiential richness. The design also carries symbolic meaning—like a grove of trees, the structure offers shelter, brings people together, and strengthens the connection between humans and nature.

開放空間服務(wù)社區(qū)

Open Spaces Serving the Community

為了將建筑打造成促進(jìn)交流的場(chǎng)所，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了大量流動(dòng)且彈性的空間。這些空間可以根據(jù)不同的活動(dòng)需求靈活調(diào)整，既適用于咖啡品鑒和文化交流，也能舉辦社區(qū)聚會(huì)或臨時(shí)展覽。上下兩層錯(cuò)層布局的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)一步豐富了空間層次，使得筑與周圍的地形和景觀相融合。在這里，游客、本地咖農(nóng)和運(yùn)營(yíng)者可以共享同一片屋檐下的空間，彼此互動(dòng)，共同構(gòu)建一個(gè)開放包容的公共環(huán)境。

To make the building a hub for interaction, we incorporated numerous fluid and flexible spaces. These areas can be adapted for various activities, from coffee tasting and cultural exchanges to community gatherings and temporary exhibitions. The staggered layout across two levels further enriches the spatial hierarchy, allowing the building to blend seamlessly with the surrounding terrain and landscape. Under this shared roof, visitors, local coffee farmers, and operators can interact, fostering an open and inclusive public environment.

身份認(rèn)同傳遞地方精神

Identity and the Transmission of Local Spirit

延展的大屋頂是整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的核心要素。其折板形態(tài)簡(jiǎn)潔而有力，既回應(yīng)了滇南地區(qū)的氣候特征，又隱喻了熱帶雨林的廣袤與生機(jī)。這片大屋頂下的空間，不僅在物理上提供遮蔽，更在情感上營(yíng)造歸屬感。它喚起人們的集體記憶和身份認(rèn)同，提醒每一個(gè)人這里獨(dú)特的地域文化和自然環(huán)境。

The expansive folded-plate roof is the core element of the design. Its simple yet powerful form not only responds to the climatic characteristics of southern Yunnan but also metaphorically represents the vastness and vitality of the tropical rainforest. The space beneath this roof provides not only physical shelter but also an emotional sense of belonging. It evokes a collective memory and identity, reminding everyone of the unique regional culture and natural environment.

設(shè)計(jì)通過樹狀結(jié)構(gòu)、彈性空間和折板屋頂這三種策略，有效回應(yīng)了“氣候、文化、開放空間、身份認(rèn)同”等問題。我們希望這座建筑不僅是功能性的設(shè)施，更是對(duì)人與自然、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代關(guān)系的深刻思考。它以樸素而直接的方式，展現(xiàn)了建筑設(shè)計(jì)如何在當(dāng)代語(yǔ)境下延續(xù)地方特色，并為社區(qū)的發(fā)展注入新的活力。

Through the three design strategies of tree-like structures, flexible spaces, and folded-plate roofs, the architecture effectively addresses themes such as climate, culture, open spaces, and identity. We hope this building transcends its functional purpose to become a reflection on the relationship between humans and nature, tradition and modernity. In a simple yet direct way, it demonstrates how architectural design can preserve local characteristics in a contemporary context and inject new vitality into community development.
