With BREWTOWN, our vision was to craft an immersive experience, one that bridges the rich history of beer brewing with the vibrant, forward-thinking spirit of Shenzhen. This project is more than a commercial space; it's an evocative journey through creativity, community, and culture, brought to life through thoughtful design.

轉(zhuǎn)型故事的設(shè)計(jì)
BREWTOWN啤酒小鎮(zhèn)的設(shè)計(jì)靈感源自精湛的釀酒工藝，其中原料歷經(jīng)蛻變，升華質(zhì)變，成就非凡佳釀。這一敘事塑造了我們的設(shè)計(jì)方法，賦予每個(gè)室內(nèi)元素意義。從結(jié)構(gòu)形式的節(jié)奏性重復(fù)到材料的溫馨觸感，我們將釀酒過程重新詮釋為一種建筑語言，邀請人們探索并與之建立聯(lián)系。
Designing a Story of Transformation
BREWTOWN's design draws inspiration from the intricate craft of brewing, where raw materials undergo a process of transformation into something extraordinary. This narrative shaped our approach, infusing every element of the interior with meaning. From the rhythmic repetition of structural forms to the tactile warmth of materials, we reinterpreted the brewing process into an architectural language that invites exploration and connection.

設(shè)計(jì)呈現(xiàn)出一個(gè)線性敘事，引導(dǎo)訪客經(jīng)歷一次隱喻性的釀酒之旅。動(dòng)態(tài)的走廊呼應(yīng)釀酒原材料的變化，開放的庭院則如同釀酒發(fā)酵過程中不可或缺的靜謐停頓，而流動(dòng)的空間最終匯聚成一場盛大的歡慶與聚會(huì)——恰似啤酒的本質(zhì)，即為共享而生。
我們充分利用空間的高度，并將必要的管道整合到建筑語言中，增強(qiáng)空間沉浸式的氛圍，優(yōu)化通風(fēng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)，減少能源消耗，使空間更高效地服務(wù)于人。
The design is a linear narrative, guiding visitors through a metaphorical brewing journey. Dynamic corridors echo the movement of ingredients, open atriums create pauses for fermentation, and flowing spaces culminate in moments of celebration and gathering - just as beer is meant to be shared.
By embracing the height of these spaces and integrating necessary ducting into the architectural language, we not only enhanced the immersive atmosphere but also optimized ventilation and cooling, reducing energy consumption and making the space work harder for its purpose.
激活空間、連接社區(qū)
在AIM，我們視每個(gè)項(xiàng)目為一次重塑空間的契機(jī)，旨在打造不僅吸引人們駐足，更能深深觸動(dòng)心靈、令人流連忘返的場所。在BREWTOWN啤酒小鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目中，我們再次激活了項(xiàng)目所在的場地，將其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌錆M活力的社區(qū)中心。每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)決策都皆以人為本，激發(fā)好奇心，促進(jìn)互動(dòng)，并邀請各個(gè)年齡段的人群在此相聚、溝通和交流。
我們巧妙地將開放的美食廣場與生動(dòng)的庭院等共享體驗(yàn)融入空間設(shè)計(jì)中，精心打造了一個(gè)充滿社區(qū)活力、蓬勃發(fā)展的魅力目的地。BREWTOWN啤酒小鎮(zhèn)不僅是一個(gè)打卡之地，更是一個(gè)讓人靜心靜神、享受生活之所。
Activating Space, Connecting Community
At AIM, we view every project as an opportunity to create spaces that not only captivate but also bring people together. With BREWTOWN, we have, once again, activated a place, transforming it into a vibrant community hub. Every design decision was made with people in mind, to spark curiosity, foster interaction, and invite all generations to gather, linger, and connect.
By embedding shared experiences into the spatial design - be it through open food halls and dynamic atriums, we created a destination that thrives on the energy of its community. BREWTOWN isn't just a place to visit; it's a place to belong.

通過材質(zhì)塑造情感

Crafting Emotion Through Materiality
Material selection was integral to telling the story. We embraced a palette of natural textures - brushed stainless steel, warm terrazzo, perforated copper, and textured stucco, to evoke the raw and refined elements of brewing. Light plays a crucial role in the design, with curated transitions between brightness and shadow to guide movement and highlight architectural features.

設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)了對釀酒過程的體現(xiàn)。裸露的管道致敬了啤酒生產(chǎn)中使用的設(shè)備，而流動(dòng)的線條和起伏的形式則模仿了啤酒本身的液態(tài)運(yùn)動(dòng)。這種對細(xì)節(jié)的精心關(guān)注確保了每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)元素獨(dú)具意義且整體和諧。
光線在塑造氛圍方面發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵作用。我們通過戰(zhàn)略性地放置光筒引入了自然光——這是項(xiàng)目最引人注目的特征之一。這些開口不僅增強(qiáng)了空間的沉浸式，還有助于提升舒適度和可持續(xù)性，減少對人工照明的依賴，增強(qiáng)整體體驗(yàn)。
采用裸露混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)策略，有效降低了對空調(diào)的依需求，進(jìn)而最小化能源消耗，同時(shí)確保了空間舒適度。在此基礎(chǔ)上，材料、形式和光線等每個(gè)元素都經(jīng)過精心編排，旨在營造一種既充滿氛圍又重視生態(tài)關(guān)懷的獨(dú)特體驗(yàn)。
The details further emphasize the brewing process. Exposed pipes nod to the equipment used in beer production, while flowing lines and undulating forms mirror the liquid movement of beer itself. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every element feels intentional, authentic, and part of a greater whole.
Light played a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere. We introduced daylight through strategically placed light barrels -one of the project's most striking features. These openings not only heighten the immersive character of the space but also contribute to well-being and sustainability, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting and enhancing the overall experience.
By allowing the raw concrete structure to radiate its underground cool, the design passively reduces the need for air conditioning, minimizing energy consumption while ensuring comfort. Every element - materials, form, and light - was carefully orchestrated to create an experience that is both atmospheric and ecologically mindful.

A New Icon for Bao'an District
Our design for BREWTOWN creates more than spaces; it creates an experience. By combining the art of storytelling with bold, contemporary design, we've shaped a destination that resonates with its audience - residents, professionals, students, and visitors alike. More than just an homage to brewing, BREWTOWN is a statement on how spaces can be transformed for the better—turning inefficiencies into opportunities, and passive structures into active experiences. It's a place where tradition meets innovation, where design enhances life, and where every moment becomes part of the BREWTOWN story.
At AIM Architecture, we are proud to have brought this vision to life. By transforming the essence of brewing into spatial experiences, we've crafted a new landmark for Bao'an District - one that will inspire connection, exploration, and celebration for years to come.
