Sagehaus花園辦公樓是位于雅加達(dá)西部的一處專(zhuān)為運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝產(chǎn)品打造的辦公空間。該辦公樓將高密度工作區(qū)與多樣化的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所相結(jié)合。其設(shè)計(jì)為熱帶氣候下的可持續(xù)辦公建筑引入了一種新模式，呈現(xiàn)出一個(gè)巨大、密集且?guī)в锌锥吹某鞘薪Y(jié)構(gòu)。建筑盡管體量龐大，卻能在所有區(qū)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)自然采光和通風(fēng)。

Sagehaus Office Garden is a specialized office for athletic sportswear products located in West Jakarta. The office combines high-density workspaces with a diverse array of activity venues. The design introduces a new paradigm for sustainable offices in tropical climates, presenting a large, dense, perforated urban structure that achieves natural light and ventilation throughout all areas, despite its substantial dimensions.

這個(gè)項(xiàng)目希望平衡兩個(gè)目標(biāo)：一方面需要保持一個(gè)靈活而富有創(chuàng)意的“空白畫(huà)布”，另一方面需要提供一個(gè)安全、高效的學(xué)習(xí)和工作環(huán)境。

This project sought to address the challenge of balancing two competing goals: maintaining a flexible and creative blank canvas of possibilities on one hand, and providing a secure and efficient learning and working environment on the other.

設(shè)計(jì)策略劃分出三個(gè)視覺(jué)上相互連接的水平區(qū)域：下方是融合創(chuàng)意與社交功能的公共空間，中間是高效且受控的辦公環(huán)境，頂部則是一個(gè)可舉辦各類(lèi)公共活動(dòng)的多功能屋頂花園。

The design strategy creates three visually connected horizontal zones: a public space for combined creative and social activities below, effective and controlled office environments in the middle, and a versatile rooftop garden for various public activities.

Sagehaus辦公樓是一座“風(fēng)之穹頂”，一個(gè)反向雕刻的空間，這樣的設(shè)計(jì)師為了引導(dǎo)并加強(qiáng)雅加達(dá)的微風(fēng)，使其穿過(guò)陰涼且有遮蔽的聚會(huì)和社交空間，從而為所有員工活動(dòng)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)愉悅、安全的環(huán)境。

Sagehaus Office is a “Dome for Wind”, a reversed carved space designed to channel and intensify Jakarta’s gentle breezes through shaded, sheltered gathering and social spaces, creating a pleasant and safe environment for all staff activities.

建筑體塊之間封閉的通風(fēng)廊道，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)最大程度的舒適感和互動(dòng)性，為不同規(guī)模的群體提供聚集和放松的區(qū)域。事實(shí)證明，這種導(dǎo)風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)成功且舒適，在雅加達(dá)的高濕度環(huán)境下仍能持續(xù)提供涼爽的微風(fēng)。同時(shí)，屋頂被設(shè)計(jì)成一個(gè)大型的休閑綠化屋頂和辦公室健身房。

The enclosed breezeways between the blocks are designed for maximum comfort and interaction, offering areas where groups of different sizes can come together and unwind. This wind-directing design has proven to be both successful and extremely comfortable, providing constant cooling breezes despite Jakarta’s high humidity. Meanwhile, the rooftop is designed as a large recreational green roof and office gym.

該設(shè)計(jì)旨在融合多種建筑策略，以確保高效的能源性能，同時(shí)塑造建筑的獨(dú)特性。場(chǎng)地核心的公共空間被構(gòu)想為一個(gè)雕塑般的體量，以提供充足的蓄熱。與此同時(shí)，樓梯的設(shè)計(jì)成為一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)，它鼓勵(lì)人們使用，并為電梯提供了一個(gè)可行的替代方案。

The design aimed to integrate architectural strategies that ensure efficient energy performance while establishing the building’s character. The public space at the heart of the site was conceived as a sculpted monolith to offer ample thermal mass. At the same time, the design of the staircases serves as a focal point, encouraging use and providing a viable alternative to elevators.

立面開(kāi)設(shè)了大面積開(kāi)口，最大限度地減少陽(yáng)光直射帶來(lái)的熱量，同時(shí)又通過(guò)立面的“切割和穿孔”引入充足的自然光。所有的內(nèi)凹和間接開(kāi)口都經(jīng)過(guò)精心設(shè)計(jì)，以避免直接的太陽(yáng)輻射，從而避免溫室效應(yīng)。

In terms of the facades, large openings were carved to minimize direct heat from the sun while still allowing ample natural light through the “slices and punctures” of the facade. All recessed and indirect openings were carefully designed to avoid direct solar radiation and, consequently, the greenhouse effect.

混合用途的設(shè)計(jì)將一個(gè)高安全性的文件室隱藏在建筑深處，其周?chē)庆`活的開(kāi)放式辦公空間，兩側(cè)則分布著一系列大小不一的會(huì)議室，其間點(diǎn)綴著門(mén)廳口袋花園和休閑空間。

From a user functionality perspective, the mixed-use design conceals a high-security file room at the deep center, surrounded by flexible open-plan workspaces, and flanked by a series of mini to large meeting rooms, with a foyer pocket garden and casual spaces in between.

這種布局促進(jìn)了樓層內(nèi)的短距離流動(dòng)，方便人們從傳統(tǒng)工位移動(dòng)到會(huì)議室、休息室和建筑內(nèi)的休閑區(qū)域。所有這些空間都設(shè)計(jì)為開(kāi)放共享的模式，并在不同樓層呈現(xiàn)細(xì)微變化。

This layout fosters short connections within each floor, facilitating movement from conventional desks to meeting rooms, lounges, and leisure spaces within the building, all designed with democratic access and subtle variations across different levels.

各樓層的統(tǒng)一特點(diǎn)是：服務(wù)設(shè)施和衛(wèi)生間位于獨(dú)立的翼樓，并設(shè)計(jì)成花園式，以在熱帶環(huán)境中確保最佳舒適度，同時(shí)最大限度地降低能耗。

A consistent feature throughout all floors is that services and restrooms are located in separate wings, designed as garden toilets to ensure optimal comfort in a tropical context while minimizing energy consumption.
