本案位于成都主城區(qū)與龍泉驛區(qū)的交接處，左側(cè)臨近成都青龍湖濕地公園，右側(cè)為龍泉山森立公園，立足良好生態(tài)本底 , 形成“擁湖望山”形態(tài)格局，基于這樣的在地背景，延續(xù)城市生態(tài)基調(diào)，結(jié)合產(chǎn)品屬性和客群需求，以現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)手法，探索空間的變化，定義生活的可能，打造活力多元生態(tài)空間。
The project is located in the intersection of Chengdu's main urban area and Longquanyi District, with Chengdu Qinglonghu Wetland Park on the left and Longquanshan Forest Park on the right. Based on a good ecological background, the project forms a pattern of "embracing the lake and looking at the mountain". Based on such a local background, the project continues the urban ecological tone, combines product attributes and customer needs, and explores spatial changes with modern art design techniques. Define the possibility of life and create a dynamic multi-ecological space.
在此空間設(shè)計(jì)中我們延續(xù)建筑植根于“青龍湖水杉”的形體語(yǔ)言，提取青龍湖濕地公園、龍泉山森林公園的在地文化概念，將湖山元素引入，于建筑體構(gòu)的平臺(tái)、鏤空、層疊起合的高低錯(cuò)落間融入“垂直雨林，煙火生態(tài)”的主題理念，形成具有街區(qū)氛圍感與城市煙火氣的地標(biāo)之所。
另一方面項(xiàng)目對(duì)面有現(xiàn)狀底商，因?yàn)樘幱诔青l(xiāng)結(jié)合區(qū)域，故整體底商品質(zhì)不高，周邊也缺少提供居民休閑的場(chǎng)所。而我們項(xiàng)目的呈現(xiàn)，恰好彌補(bǔ)了這樣的空白，打破了原來(lái)固有底商的模式，也改變了周?chē)用駥?duì)底商的認(rèn)知-原來(lái)底商除了購(gòu)買(mǎi)日常的生活所需，也可以能提供林下交流，營(yíng)造富有場(chǎng)景體驗(yàn)感的街頭自然主義社區(qū)。
In this space design, we continue the physical language of the building rooted in "Qinglonghu metasequoia", extract the local cultural concept of Qinglonghu Wetland Park and Longquanshan Forest Park, introduce the elements of lake and mountain, and integrate the theme concept of "vertical rainforest, fireworks ecology" into the platform, hollow-out and overlapping of the building structure. Form a landmark with a sense of neighborhood atmosphere and urban fireworks.
On the other hand, there is a current business opposite the project, because it is located in the urban-rural integration area, the overall quality of the bottom goods is not high, and the surrounding area lacks places to provide residents with leisure. And the presentation of our project just makes up for such a gap, breaks the original inherent mode of bottom quotient, and also changes the surrounding residents' cognition of bottom quotient.

街區(qū)的層疊趣味
THE LAYERING OF BLOCKS
售樓處的建筑，未來(lái)會(huì)作為商業(yè)街區(qū)的一部分使用，在前策階段，有提出“早C晚A”的想法，希望不管是景觀還是建筑，能承載類(lèi)似的功能，便于后續(xù)銷(xiāo)售及盤(pán)活商業(yè)。故在前期多專(zhuān)業(yè)討論之初，建議建筑堅(jiān)持開(kāi)頂做水簾，包括景觀材料選色的呼應(yīng)，都想把整體性從一而終的貫穿。
The building of the sales office will be used as part of the commercial district in the future. In the pre-planning stage, the idea of "early C and late A" has been proposed, hoping that whether it is landscape or building, it can carry similar functions to facilitate subsequent sales and invigorate business. Therefore, at the beginning of the multi-professional discussion in the early stage, it is suggested that the building adhere to the open top as a water curtain, including the echo of the color selection of landscape materials, and want to carry out the integrity from one end to the end.
水簾從建筑貫穿而下，豐茂的植被伴著錯(cuò)落的跌水景觀與濕潤(rùn)的水汽，營(yíng)造觸覺(jué)、視覺(jué)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)的多重感受。
The water curtain runs down from the building, and the rich vegetation is accompanied by the scattered falling water landscape and wet water vapor, creating multiple feelings of touch, vision and hearing.
熊貓作為成都的標(biāo)志性元素之一，我們也把其帶到了項(xiàng)目之中。穿插游走在屋頂、草叢之中，憨態(tài)可掬的熊貓和場(chǎng)地的融合，讓街頭的社區(qū)，充滿(mǎn)了更多的溫馨與自然。
Panda as one of the symbolic elements of Chengdu, we also brought it into the project. Interspersed in the roof, grass, cute panda and the integration of the site, so that the street community, full of more warmth and nature.

社區(qū)的多元煙火
FIREWORKS IN THE COMMUNITY
回歸社區(qū)本身，對(duì)于社區(qū)居民來(lái)講，景觀應(yīng)從生活中生長(zhǎng)出來(lái)，有趣的空間應(yīng)該藏在植物與場(chǎng)景之中，有溫度有情感有煙火氣。如果說(shuō)住宅是居民的生活之所，那社區(qū)商業(yè)就是社區(qū)居民的鄰里之所。
Returning to the community itself, for the residents of the community, the landscape should grow out of life, and the interesting space should be hidden in the plants and scenes, with temperature, emotion and fireworks. If the residence is the place where the residents live, then the community business is the neighborhood of the community residents.
一些標(biāo)志性創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)打破原有呆板的空間，把生活變得輕松愜意，同筑而生富有精神和情感共鳴的場(chǎng)所。
Break the original rigid space, make life relaxed and comfortable, and produce a place with spiritual and emotional resonance.
通過(guò)對(duì)在地植物的研究，將雨林搬到社區(qū)，跳出傳統(tǒng)示范區(qū)對(duì)植物空間的的營(yíng)造，創(chuàng)造出自然包裹感的植境空間，輕松愜意之下，是我們對(duì)多元植物的在地思考。
Through the study of local plants, the rainforest is moved to the community to create a sense of natural wrapping, which breaks away from the construction of plant space in the traditional demonstration area. Under the relaxed and comfortable, we think about perse plants on the ground.

植物的自然主義
NATURALISM OF PLANTS
在整個(gè)場(chǎng)地的空間設(shè)計(jì)中，我們以“綠野仙蹤”為色彩骨架，在親人尺度的空間中通過(guò)不同方式高低錯(cuò)落的搭接，各類(lèi)植物質(zhì)感豐富，巧妙地減少了空間的縱深感，拉近了人與植物之間的距離，從而營(yíng)造出一種輕松自然的雨林氛圍。
The space of the family scale, with the "Wizard of Oz" as the color skeleton, through the non-high and low patchwork, all kinds of plants are rich in texture, cleverly reduce the depth of the space, narrow the distance between people and plants, and penetrate the natural ecology to create a relaxed and natural rainforest atmosphere.
植物空間用藍(lán)花楹、雞爪槭搭建，雨林花鏡的意境營(yíng)造則運(yùn)用了美麗針葵、無(wú)花果、結(jié)香，天堂鳥(niǎo)、象耳芋、木槿；地被選用春羽、藍(lán)鳥(niǎo)鼠尾草、翠蘆莉、鳥(niǎo)巢蕨、小天使、富貴蕨、馬櫻丹、大吳風(fēng)草、一葉蘭，構(gòu)建生態(tài)自然的雨林生態(tài)圈。
The plant space is built with jacaranda and maple, and the rainforest flower mirror is constructed with beautiful sunflower, FIG, incense, bird of paradise, elephant ear taro and hibiscus. The ground is selected as spring feather, blue bird sage, green Luoli, Bird's Nest fern, little angel, rich fern, Ma Ceringdan, Dawu Bluegrass, and one leaf orchid to build an ecological and natural rainforest ecosystem.
我們想構(gòu)建的，并不是固定的某種空間結(jié)構(gòu)或形式，只是在設(shè)想人們?cè)诔两焦ぷ鞯耐瑫r(shí)，也能于無(wú)形之中強(qiáng)化人們對(duì)自然的認(rèn)知，激發(fā)潛能與想象力，讓生活與自然達(dá)到深層且有意義的融合。
What we want to build is not a fixed spatial structure or form, but the idea that people are immersed in work at the same time can also invisibly strengthen people's cognition of nature, stimulate potential and imagination, so that life and work can achieve a deep and meaningful integration.
